Easy Foam Halloween Ghost

Easy Foam Halloween Ghost

I am such a huge fan of decorating for Halloween.  I love to decorate for almost anything actually, but Halloween is just FUN to decorate for. This year I have been sharing a few Foam crafts, so I thought I would share an easy DIY Foam Halloween Ghost.  It’s really super simple, and you can do so many different things with foam.

For this project you only need a few supplies:

  • StyroFoam Block piece (My piece was sized 15/16 x 11 15/16 x 17 15/16″)
  • Craft Glue
  • StyroCutter® or other foam cutting tool
  • black craft foam

I grabbed my piece of styrofoam and other supplies and set out to create my little ghost.

The first thing I did was draw exactly how I wanted to cut my foam piece.

I then grabbed my StyroCutter® and began to cut away the sections of the foam I did not need.

I then grabbed my black craft foam used a Mason Jar lid as the stencil for my ghost’s eyes.  Once I had those cut out I grabbed my glue and placed the eyed onto the ghost.

After a few minutes drying time it was all set and ready for display!

This is really such a quick and easy Halloween project for a spooky little ghost.  Have you ever used StyroFoam to decorate or create with?  They also make the StyroFoam that is used for floral arrangements. There are really just so many different things you can create.

I ope you liked this fun foam craft, and if you are looking for a little more to do with your foam, I also created a cute Spooky Black Cat for Halloween.  You can find that post here.  I even created Spooky glowing eyes for the cat at night!
