Stone Table Runner & Placemats DIY

I love this stone/pebble look for decoration. I love the idea of bring some nature into the home, and it is a perfect autumn look for your home.

Especially if you are throwing a dinner party, the placemats are so adorable and will fit into your entertaining decorations. I think I want to make some for my Thanksgiving dinner decor.

These are so easy to put together, a lot easier than I thought it would be. It is sort of putting together a puzzle (if you like that sort of thing.  It is just three materials to make these adorable placemats.

Things you will need:

  • River Stone Pebbles
  • Felt, plastic, or any sturdy flat surface
  • 1 tube e-6000 or liquid nails

Try to find pebbles that are the same height. I purchased 4 bags of stone pebbles. If you want to do a dinner placemat, you may only need 2 – 3 bags depending on how many mats you want to make.

Glue the stones onto the mat Make sure you cut the mat to the size you prefer first.

Here are some cute dinner mats. That is my next project!
