DIY Tribal Hanger

Hi friends. It’s Kayla back from Home Coming!

This month’s DIY project is inspired by my favorite beach bag of the season that I picked up at the beginning of the summer season (which you’ll see soon). I’m a BIG fan of tribal print from my clothes to accessories, and now I’m incorporating it into my closet with a set of DIY Tribal Hangers!

This was a pretty darn easy project with the majority of materials coming from my personal collection of sharpies!

Materials Needed:

  • Wooden Hangers
  • Black and Neon Sharpie Markers
  • White Spray Paint

I wanted the base of my pattern to be white, so I started out by spray painting the hangers white.

After allowing 24 hours of drying time, I whipped out my sharpie collection and started drawing a tribal design with my beach bag close by as inspiration.
