Supplies you will need for this project are:
- -gift tags
- stick-on stencils
- glitter
- decoupage glue
- fine paint brush
Start by applying the adhesive stencils to your gift tags. The great thing about Martha’s stencils is that you can reuse them over and over again. Plus with them being adhesive, they easily stay put while applying your decoupage glue! Genius, right?! 🙂 I chose our families initials, a snowflake and a tree stencil.
Next, use your fine paint brush to gently apply the decoupage glue in the center of each stencil. Before the glue dries, remove the stencil and sprinkle on your glitter.
Allow that to dry for 30 minutes or so then shake off the excess glitter. If you want, you can then apply a second coat of decoupage glue to protect the glitter. I love how my tags turned out.
